Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) has gained traction in today’s workplaces. In fact, DE&I has been a core component of the Workforce Education and Development (WFED) field, including Organization Development (OD), Human Resource Development (HRD), and Career Technical Education (CTE). Ensuring a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce and workplaces is a foundational component for various WFED professionals and leaders, not only for creating a psychologically safe work environment but also for achieving their performance goals.
In this virtual conference hosted by the Penn State Learning and Performance Systems Department, we want to engage thought leaders and innovative practitioners who are pioneers worldwide in the DE&I realm. The conference will expose participants to career options that address DE&I issues.
